Our bond financial guarantee of the supporting spouse guarantees payment to the supported spouse for alimony and child support during the unemployment period.

Coverage is provided for up to 52 weeks. This protection provides peace of mind for both parties.

• Must be continually employed for at least two years prior to application.
• Must be eligible for N.J. Unemployment Compensation Benefits.
• Completion of Bond Application.
• Signed Indemnification Agreement by supporting spouse.

Cost

$50 per thousand of agreed annual coverage
$40 per thousand of agreed annual coverage
each subsequent year
