• Any risk not receiving a satisfactory inspection will be cancelled within 30 days of binding
  
  
• Frame risks are not eligible
  
  
• Perils of Flood & Earthquake are excluded
  
  
• Coastal wind risk location must be located one mile from the coastline or communicating body of water to be considered
